Mini Cakes

Learn how to make and decorate small little cakes and cake pops.

In this class you will learn how to:

• Pipe royal icing rose buds and leaves
• Pipe buttercream rose buds for cupcakes
• Pipe pansies for fondant fancies
• Arrange piped flowers onto mini cupcakes
• cover petit fours and fondant fancies with pouring fondant
• How to store mini-cakes and how best to transport them.

Included in this class is:

• Professional tuition by Grace Stevens
• Tea, coffee and a light snack
• All materials
• Access to nozzles, piping bags, aprons and other equipment
• Your finished mini cakes.

Class takes place at 160 Chudleigh Road, Plumstead, Cape Town
