• Pipe buttercream rose buds for cupcakes
• Pipe pansies for fondant fancies
• Arrange piped flowers onto mini cupcakes
• cover petit fours and fondant fancies
• how to make and decorate cake pops
• How to store cake pops and cakes and how best to transport them.
