Tall Sprinkle Cake

In this buttercream class you will learn to:

• Level, fill and stack a double volume (extra tall) round 15cm cake
• create an internal support for your cakes
• Create a crumb coat that prevents bulging
• Cover a cake in buttercream with smooth sides and sharp edges
• Use sprinkles to create a festive cake
• pipe the perfect swirl

• All materials including 4 x layers of 15cm round cake
